Overview
This program aims to equip learners with fundamental knowledge about fashion, the required skills and techniques for fashion materials, and insights for the contemporary industry landscape. With the additional assistance from AI technology, this styling course will be an inspiring experience for learners to enter the future of fashion and styling.
Learning Object
- For UEH lecturers, staff, and students: Inspire and contribute to building a community of UEHers who love art.
- For learners in general: Provide a solid foundation for students to explore and develop their skills in color perception and painting, while also offering a relaxing experience after stressful hours of study or work. This class will provide learners with basic knowledge and essential techniques to use acrylic colors to express their creativity on themed artworks during the sessions.
Subject
Module 1: Introduction to Acrylic Paint
- Recognizing acrylic colors, characteristics, usage, popular brands in Vietnam
- Introduction to essential additives for acrylic painting, compatible art supplies, suitable surfaces for acrylic colors
- Basic color palette, color mixing, and simple painting techniques
Module 2: Layout and Sketching
- How to arrange and sketch outlines for a painting
- How to create a background and choose the main color tones
Module 3: Completing the artwork with a personal mark
- Expressing a theme in an artwork
- Painting and handling different surface materials (wood, fabric, etc.)
