As part of the ArtTech Fusion 2022 event, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) collaborated with the Ho Chi Minh City Photography Association to organize ArtCamp 2022 with the theme “Sustainable Living in the Community.” This event spread an important message and made a positive contribution from UEH to the community.
ArtCamp 2022 attracted many talented photographers, with 11 award-winning works and 50 outstanding pieces selected for the final round. These works were displayed at UEH during the ArtTech Fusion 2022 event, as part of the Ready for Next 2022 program.
The exhibition titled “Exhibition: ArtCamp – Sustainable Lifestyle in Community,” organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Photography Association, showcased outstanding works on the theme of sustainable living in the community at UEH. The exhibition took place from December 4 to December 12, 2022, at Campus B of UEH, located at 279 Nguyễn Tri Phương, Ward 5, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
At the same time, the event also launched a photography competition titled “Sustainable Lifestyle in Community,” with the submission period from November 1, 2022, to November 28, 2022. Details about the competition and how to participate can be found at Here.
ArtCamp 2022 created an inspiring space to explore sustainable living in the community through art. UEH and the Ho Chi Minh City Photography Association hope that the event has provided profound insights and contributed to raising awareness about sustainable living in society.
To honor the contributions and talents of photographers, the “Sustainable Lifestyle in Community” competition of ArtCamp 2022 established an attractive prize list. The awards include:
- 1 First Prize: 5,000,000 VND.
- 2 Second Prizes: 3,000,000 VND each.
- 3 Third Prizes: 2,000,000 VND each.
- 5 Encouragement Prizes: 1,000,000 VND each.
These awards not only carry material value but also represent recognition and encouragement for the passion and efforts of photographers in conveying the message of sustainable living in the community.
The ArtCamp 2022 program, with the theme “Sustainable Lifestyle in the Community,” aims not only to protect the environment, build a civilized society, and foster a prosperous community, but also to emphasize the importance of intelligent living and modern society. In the digital age, individuals play a central role and will engage in sustainable actions to benefit the community.
UEH, with a multidisciplinary focus including Technology & Design, Business, Economics, and Law, proudly leads change and inspires in the field of art. UEH not only emphasizes knowledge transfer but also promotes awareness of sustainable living through the implementation of green projects and initiatives on campus.
ArtCamp 2022 and the “Sustainable Lifestyle in Community” photography competition are a perfect blend of art and environmental awareness, delivering important messages about sustainable living to the community.
